How I Keep My Blonde Hair Long!

Hello! So many people have been asking me lately how I keep my hair so long, so I thought I’d blog about it! First & foremost, if my hair wasn’t platinum blonde I think it’d grow a lot longer, but I love my blonde hair so I figure out healthy ways to help it grow! USE HEAT AS LITTLE AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN

I hardly ever use heat on my hair!!! I’ve used a straightener or curling iron maybe 3 times in the past 6 months. How do I avoid it? Well I blow dry my hair using the cool or warm setting while brushing through it so it’ll blow dry straight. When I want my hair to be wavy or curly I will braid it when it’s wet and allow it to dry. The type of curl will vary on the type and tightness of braid you are using. Once my hair is dry I brush it out! Obviously some people will have to use heat to tame their hair, but this has helped my hair to grow and be healthy the most!

TRIM YOUR HAIR EVERY 6 WEEKS

I am THE biggest baby you’ll ever meet when it comes to cutting hair, especially when it means my hair will look or feel shorter. This step was so hard for me to adjust to at first but after a couple of months of regular trims I started to notice that my hair was healthier, growing faster and feeling thicker!
